Borja Espana Guillot



Francisco is an Art Director/development creative at JAM Media for over 10 years.  He is responsible for overseeing conceptual ideas to final design. He is currently Art Director for 2 JAM Media productions, ‘Zig and Zag’ – 26 x 11 and ‘Little Roy’ – 52 x 15 for CBBC. Other projects developed to date include, ‘Curly Hare’ and ‘Dramarama’.

He studied Fine arts in Valencia, Athens & Australia and worked on the feature, ‘El Cid’ before moving to Ireland as the animator on the series ‘PICME’, &  art directed, ‘Funky Fables’. Later developed the concept, ‘Baby Jake on the CBeebies/Darrall Macqueen co-prod & utilised photographic, digital painting & later collaborated with acclaimed book author Polly Dunbar to adapt her book series ‘Tilly and Friends’. He successfully adapted the traditional books using a modern digital pipeline and today continues in his roles of Art Director, development and Conceptual Artist.
